——Some management of Changnan construction organization visited Japan

From July 28 to August 4, 2016, Nie Shunjin, chairman of Changnan construction group, led part of the group's management to Tokyo capital, Hokkaido Sapporo City, Nagoya City in Central China, and Sendai City in Honshu Island, which lasted for seven days.

The 19 member delegation visited Sumitomo real estate single family house, apartment, office building, etc., which ranked first among the most popular housing manufacturers in Japan. All kinds of projects have accumulated technology, and the excellent design not only in appearance and function is recognized. Japanese architecture is not built but assembled. That is to say, after all parts of the building are manufactured in the factory, they are taken to the site for assembly, and the real estate construction has become an industrialized mode. The matching of various components is very tight, the work flow is very detailed, and the construction products are very humanized. The materials used in the construction are all environmental protection materials. It is estimated that it will take 4 to 8 months from the foundation to the completion.

We visited and inspected Japan's top comprehensive building materials brand, Japan's Dajian industrial plant style meeting. Its products cover solid wood composite doors and solid wood composite flooring, which occupy the top three markets in Japan all year round. Zhihai, the person in charge of Zhuzhou style Association, explained on site that the materials used for the ceiling and floor of cabinets produced by the company are made of recycled materials, and their products have obvious effects on sound absorption, deodorization and dehumidification.

Japan's architectural concept is very simple, there is not much too gorgeous. Through the investigation and exchange, Japanese enterprises also feel the concept of construction from Chinese construction enterprises. The overall quality of Japanese people is very high. The delegation stayed in Japan for seven days. Cars do not honk, pedestrians do not run red lights, electric vehicles and bicycles do not need to be locked, and the facade of the construction site is tightly wrapped.

After returning from the study, the delegation said with deep feeling that the Japanese are particularly professional, precise and careful in doing things. During the field visit, I felt more deeply and had a better understanding of the Japanese construction market and technology. Everyone agreed that such an inspection activity broadened their horizons and injected new elements into enterprises. It was also a collision and sharpening of ideas, and added an important spiritual wealth to their future life.
