On April 2, Professor Su Wei of Peking University visited our training school on the theme of "belief management and effective implementation". Nie Shunjin, chairman of the group company, and more than 50 middle and senior management leaders attended the lecture.

This training focuses on "belief management and effective implementation". And the source of belief management, belief, willpower and other aspects are described in detail; the implementation of the misunderstanding, the habit of implementation, the distribution of success factors, the details of implementation, the principle of executive managers are explained with examples. During the whole training course, everyone listened attentively, took notes carefully and took the initiative to speak. During the class, there are also some links such as team interaction, team competition, ultimate PK, etc. the whole classroom atmosphere is active and interesting.
