On December 17, Xie Yisen, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress and chairman of the Provincial Federation of trade unions, Rao Jianming, Secretary of the Party group and executive vice chairman of the Provincial Federation of trade unions, and leaders of the Provincial Federation of trade unions, the chairman and executive vice chairman of the trade union in each district and city, the chairman of the trade union in each county (city, district) and journalists from the news media gathered in Nie Shunjin's Innovation Studio of Nanchang county to exchange experience, observe and learn from it Accompanied by Hu Xiaohai, Secretary of the county Party committee, and other leaders.

This visit to Nie Shunjin's labor model innovation studio is an important part of the provincial labor union's special action of "building, strengthening and warming the family". During the day's observation, the announcer introduced the basic situation of the work of Nie Shunjin's model worker's innovative studio and the creation of the model worker's innovative studio for all visitors; Xu Qiuping, a member of the studio, introduced the innovation achievements of the studio; Nie Shunjin, the leading member of the studio, introduced the future goals and tasks of the studio.
