Jiang qinde, born in September 1974, started work in 1995, is now the deputy general manager of the group. He has won the national excellent project manager and "Mao Yisheng Science and Technology Award - constructor Award". In 2009, when he was the project leader of Xiaojin County harmonious square project, he led the staff to fight hard day and night in the construction site, and completed the urgent, difficult and dangerous tasks with high standards. In 2010, he served as the project manager of Ganzhou bank financial building, which won the Luban Award, the highest award of China's construction project.
