From January 15 to 18, the fifth session of the 11th Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the CPPCC was solemnly held in the Great Hall of Nanchang Binjiang hotel. Members of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) gathered here to perform the functions of political consultation, democratic supervision and participation in and discussion of state affairs, and contributed to the decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a prosperous, beautiful and happy Jiangxi Province.

Nie Shunjin, member of the CPPCC Committee of Jiangxi Province and chairman of Jiangxi Changnan Construction Group Co., Ltd., together with all CPPCC members, shouldered the hope and heavy trust of 45 million Jiangxi people. He participated in the grand meeting with great enthusiasm, and made concerted efforts to seek common development.

After listening to the "government work report" by Governor Liu and the "CPPCC work report" by Chairman Huang, chairman Nie Shunjin was deeply encouraged and excited. He said with deep emotion: "the report has distinct themes, gratifying achievements, outstanding key points, powerful measures and encouraging people to make progress. The report concludes that 2016 is realistic and looks forward to 2017, which is encouraging. "

At the group discussion meeting of the CPPCC, chairman Nie Shunjin put forward several suggestions on the development of prefabricated buildings mentioned in the report: Chairman Nie Shunjin pointed out that prefabricated buildings are the direction and symbol of the development of modern construction industry. At the end of 2016, the Central Committee proposed to use 10 years to make China's new prefabricated buildings account for about 30% of the new buildings. As a pilot province, our province has identified Nanchang and other six cities as pilot cities for the development of prefabricated buildings.

Nie Shunjin, chairman of the board of directors, suggested: first, formulate and issue supporting preferential policies to play a role in promoting. Policy support should be given in planning and land use for prefabricated construction industry and demonstration projects, and building requirements and incentives should be defined. Second, government investment projects play an exemplary role in pilot projects. Government projects, such as affordable housing projects and municipal projects, should be strengthened to adopt modern construction technology, and take the lead in adopting prefabricated construction mode. Third, improve the market access system to ensure sustainable development. Prefabricated building in engineering design, construction, construction and production need to have industry standards, relevant departments or institutions inspection and testing. The fourth is to formulate technical standards for prefabricated buildings and give full play to technical support. The prefabricated building should have corresponding technical standards, support enterprise innovation, design corresponding patent awards, and gradually form a set of industrialization technology system in line with energy saving, grounding, water saving, material saving and green environmental protection. Fifth, strengthen the cultivation of professional talents as the guarantee of human resources. We should encourage Architectural Colleges and universities to set up prefabricated architecture specialty, and encourage enterprises to increase their efforts in the research and development of prefabricated building technology and personnel training.
